1 Eats offers a Premium subscription for $4.99 per month, which unlocks additional features including:

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at oneeatsmail@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Restaurant information displayed on 1 Eats is sourced from the Google Places API and our own database. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (hours, addresses, phone numbers) is current or correct. Always verify directly with the restaurant before visiting.

All content on 1 Eats — including our logo, design, blog articles, and software — is the property of 1 Eats and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that restaurant information will always be accurate or up to date. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Eats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Service.
